Dog Sees Students Buying Food So He Uses Leaves To Get Food Too
From repeatedly observing the students giving money and getting food, the dog started to offer tree leaves to the coffee cashiers.
A dog from the Diversified Technical Education Institute of Monterrey Casanare in Colombia, named Negro (spanish for Black), has caught every one’s attention after he started imitating the behavior of human beings in order to get food.
The school gives him food, water, lots of love and save place to spend the night. He has lived there since he was a puppy, so he grew and accommodated to his surroundings.
He has adapted so much to the place, that he does the same things humans do: exchange pieces of paper for food. He uses leaves:
“He would go to the store and watch the children give money and receive something in exchange,” said teacher Angela Garcia Bernal. “Then one day, spontaneous, he appeared with a leaf in his mouth, wagging his tail and letting it be known that he wanted a cookie.”
It looks like money really does grow on trees.
